EPDM offers time-tested durability with excellent weathering and flexibility. We install ballasted, adhered, or mechanically fastened EPDM, using premium seam tapes and primers, reinforced flashing at curbs and penetrations, and robust terminations to minimize maintenance and prevent leaks over decades of service.
For both TPO and EPDM, we design tapered insulation for positive drainage, upgrade roof drains and scuppers to eliminate ponding, and follow ANSI/SPRI and manufacturer guidelines. Post-install, we provide maintenance plans with scheduled inspections, debris removal, and seam checks to preserve warranties and performance.
